RAYON Magazine
As an independent researcher and writer, I’ve been studying how products, ideas, and information become truely influential.
So far, I’ve:
- created a tool that generates documentation that can serve as a singular source of truth for engineers, designers, and AI agents working on the same design system.
- explored whether consumers apps like Uber, Lyft, DoorDash, and Instacart have public help documentation that is ready to be augmented with AI chatbots.
- and analyzed how a beauty brand came back different during its revival, five years after its dissolution.
Snowflake (2026)
At Snowflake, I owned the Sensitive Data Classification documentation area and established new standards for sensitive health data under HIPAA.
Within this scope, I also tested and documented AI_REDACT, an AI-powered PII detection and redaction feature. For more information, refer to Detect and redact personally identifiable information (PII).
Amazon Selling Partner Services (2022-2026)
At Amazon SPS, I owned REST API documentation for the Selling Partner API ecosystem. End-to-end documentation I shipped:
