AI tool that generates structured component documentation from shadcn/ui or custom JSON schemas. Rebuilt and generalized from an internal tool I built at Amazon for mobile component documentation. Built with Next.js and Claude Opus via the Anthropic API. Prompt versioned as a design artifact with an evaluation framework for regression testing.

• Founded and ran an accessibility program across 647 pages, 6 doc sets, 2 platforms, and 8 writers. Lifted WCAG AAA baseline scores from 65% to 73%
• Evaluated tooling options, implemented IBM Equal Access Checker, and created SOPs, false-positive guidelines, and dashboard integration
• Coordinated with platform vendors and engineering to remediate systemic barriers (HTML5 compliance, ARIA labeling, color contrast)
• Wrote the team’s accessibility standards and embedded them into weekly workflows so they’d hold without me

• Coordinated documentation for the App Integrations API GA launch (42,325 page views): use case guides, role docs, tested code samples
• Delivered end-to-end docs for a new developer portal in 2 days of a 5-day deadline, zero revision requests from L8 leadership
• Revamped 47 API use case guides in one month with standardized structure and reusable content blocks

Mobile App Components (cross-team, no dedicated writer on receiving team)

• Partnered with a senior TPM to scope priorities, learned the component framework, and owned the documentation process end to end from review through publishing for 15+ components
• Built an AI agent that generates first-draft component guides from JSON schemas, cutting authoring from 3+ hours to 30 minutes per component

Process and Operations

• Redesigned release communications: go/no-go checkpoints, standardized templates, sequenced messaging with clear owners. Zero significant release issues, 40% prep time reduction
• Led SP-API blog migration (33 pieces retired, 15% hosting cost reduction, 24% localization workload decrease)
• Designed a private beta documentation program: 6 stakeholder interviews, 19-page playbook, 5 templates
